He had his Honda for 20 years. He bought it brand new back in 1990. Not many people can say that they have driven the same car for 20 years. I am thankful that I married someone who is cautious about money and doesn't have to have the latest and greatest thing. We love the motto, "Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do with out." We finally had to put the Honda to rest. It just had too many things wrong with it. Fixing it would have cost way more than it was worth. It was bittersweet to see it go but it is good to have two cars again (we had been sharing one car for over 2 months).
