We went to a pumpkin patch with our friends the Larson's and a neighbor of ours and her little girl who are from Korea. The little girl is Olivia's age. They had never been to a pumpkin patch before.
At the farm they had all kinds of fun things for the kids to do. They loved riding on the old lawnmowers that were hooked up to a tractor. I thought this was quite a clever idea.

Another favorite was the corn pit which was in the back of an old pickup truck. They could have stayed in there for hours. We had corn everywhere. I even found some in the dryer after doing the wash.

There was also an old corn grinder. Jonathan loved this one. He would grind the corn and then he would take a handful and feed the cows. They would eat right out of his hand. Olivia liked the concept and would take the ground corn in her hand wanting to feed the cows but once they got to close to her hand she would drop the corn and run.

Riding little tricycles. They also had a big castle playground built out of hay with a slide. Way cool! The kids had so much fun playing in and on it. For some reason I didn't get a picture of it.

At the end we went on a hay ride to the pumpkin patch. Jonathan, Apri, Alli, Camden, Olivia and Amber

I love this picture of Jonathan and Alan.

Our friend Wayne with his son Camden and Alan with Olivia, walking through the corn maze to get to the pumpkin patch. They had the best seats in the house.
