Jonathan

Here's Jonathan this summer.

Jonathan loves to build.  He even turned our outside storage area into his workshop.  I love this picture of him with all of his gear on, even suspenders.

He can stay out there for hours even in hot humid weather.  He would come inside so red and sopping wet from sweat.  I had to keep reminding him to drink water.

This is Jonathan's in his tree.  He put this box up in the tree all by himself one day.  I looked outside the window and there he was hanging out in his box.  I went to check it out and he said that it was his "quiet place."

Jonathan and all of the neighbor boys in our tree.  Boys will be boys-they love to climb trees.

Another thing the boys did everyday this summer - riding bikes.

As I said before Jonathan loves to build.  Alan look him to the Lowe's kids clinic and he loved it. We always forget that a couple of times a month they have a fun kids project.

Alan bought Jonathan some wood and some nails and you would have thought it was a ticket to Disney World or a million dollars.  He was so happy!  Him and his friend Justin were out in his "wood shop" all afternoon.  They built these benches.

He also went to robotics camp and loved it!  He is really getting into legos and to be able to program them to move was so cool!
