As ya'll know, we were unable to travel to Idaho this past summer due to the arrival of our newest family member, Olivia. It was great having both sets of grandparents (and Greg) visit us to see the baby. But, by Christmas time, Alli and Jonathan were suffering from a serious case of cousin withdrawls. So we decided to take a family trip to visit cousins during the Christmas break. It just happens that the closest cousins live in New Jersey.
So, we left the day after Christmas to visit Alan's brother Randy and his family who live near Princeton, New Jersey. We drove to Louisville, KY the first day and spent the night with Alan's nephew Ryan, his wife Brittany and their new baby Annaliese who was born 3 weeks after Olivia. We left Louisville early in the morning (4:00 a.m.) and drove through Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio, then cut through the very top portion of West Virginia and across the entire length of Pennsylvania, arriving in New Jersey, Sunday night.
