5K

Alan ran his first 5k last Saturday. We are so proud of him. He is just happy that he finished without tearing, ripping, pulling, or breaking something. He didn't get as much time to prepare as he had wanted, but he did better than he thought he would and really enjoyed it. He is now talking about the next one and Alli now wants to run it with him.

After the race we went to McDonald's but instead of getting something greasy and fattening we all got yogurt parfaits.
