End of 3rd grade and dance

Alli graduated from 3rd grade.  It is a big deal here because in 4th grade they move to the middle school. WOW!  I can't believe it.  They even had a graduation ceremony but they don't call it graduation they call it promotion.
 They received these promotion certificates.
Alli and her BFF's- Claire and Kennedy

We found a babysitter for Olivia and Nicholas since the ceremony was long and in a packed auditorium and it was very hot.  They would have been miserable (and we would have too). It was so nice to be able to just focus on our Alli on her special day.  She is a great daughter and such a smart, hard working student.  We are proud of her.
Alli's wonderful 3rd grade teacher, Mrs. Vanover.  I got to volunteer every Friday morning in her classroom.  We love Mrs. Vanover and we are going to miss her!  Mrs. Vanover gave Alli the biggest hug and told her that she was really going to miss her and that if all of her students could be like Alli it would make her job so much easier.  She loves Alli!
Alli with her tennis friends all dressed up. Mary Browder, Claire, and Natalia.

This is what they look like after tennis.  They have been playing tennis together for about 3 years now.  What a great group of girls.  Alli is very blessed to have great friends.

Alli and her BFF Kennedy get to take dance together.  They tell us that they want to take dance for the rest of their lives  (They do ballet and have a great teacher). I hope that they do.  This is before their dance performance in May.  They danced to "Pooh Corner," by Kenny Loggins.  I love that song.  Their dance was so cute.  On a side note-Alli gave Kennedy a Book of Mormon a couple of months ago and has invited her to church.  She is such great missionary and Kennedy is such a great friend and comes from a great family.  I have become good friends with her mom.  They are a wonderful family and we are blessed to know them.

Kennedy, Mrs. Vanover and Alli - In the morning they perform for hundreds of school kids in the area and their class was one of them so they had to get a picture with their aweome teacher.
