Fun with my family

We spent a week at my families house and here are a few activities.

Alan's sister lives in the town next to my parents so we always go visit them.  She made the most delicious dinner and it was so beautiful that we ate outside.  I love Idaho!

Then she planned a scavenger hunt for the kids that they absolutely loved.  She is amazing!  Here they are searching in all of the pocket of a jean blanket for a clue.

Then we went to get frozen yogurt.  Yummy!  Look closely at Jonathan's cup he filled it up to very top before Alan noticed and then candy on top of that.  As you can see from the big smile on his face he was very happy.  We had a wonderful evening.

Nicholas' 1st 4-wheeler ride.  He loved it and kept pulling us over to it and grunting, meaning that he wanted another ride.

The girls found mine and my sisters old doll house that my dad made for us when we were little.  It is falling apart so they decided to fix it up.  They hammered the shingles back on and then painted the inside.  Before we all get together next year they are each going to make pieces of furniture to put in it.  It was a fun project to keep them entertained.

We went down into the canyon to a park one evening with everyone.  Nicholas loves finding sticks to play with.

The kids played in the water and jumped rocks.

Livy rarely wants her picture taken.  We usually have to beg her to sit still long enough but she shocked us by posing and asking us to take a picture of her.
