We all stay in cabins for the 3 days that we are there. We got upgraded this year with the addition of baby Nicholas. It was a very nice cabin with a loft where Alli and Jonathan slept, a futon in the living room for Livy and a bedroom for us and Nicholas. This was taken from the living room looking at the kitchen and loft. It was great to have so much space. We all loved it!

I think this was the year of playing on the beach and building sand castles. This was the 5th lake or river that we went to. The kids absolutely loved every one and could have done more.
This is them playing in the sand with their 2nd cousins Trent and Jake.
Alan was brave enough to try wake boarding. He got up long enough for me to take a picture and then wiped out. Way to go ALAN!
Jonathan even tried knee boarding with the help of Uncle Gary. He held onto the board off the back of the boat. Jonathan of course thought that was awesome and had to tell everyone about it.
Alan's brother Barry and his wife Rachelle fell in love with Nicholas and he loved them. They asked if they could take him home and adopt him (they have 3 kids but they are all grown up). They said that it would be a smooth transition because they wouldn't even have to change his name. There is no way I could do without my little snuggles.

Nicholas loved all of the attention he got. This was his favorite thing to do. Hang out on the beach snuggling with anyone who would hold him and napping.

Alan flinging himself off the dock to swim to the pyramid. I think this picture is hilarious.

I think this is the cutest picture ever of Nicholas taking his first ride in a swing. He is so adorable.

We also went on a walk on the road that went along side the lake.

Alli's walking partner, Anna. They walked the whole way. Some of us turned around half way through or got a ride on the way back but they decided to keep walking and made it. They were little troopers.
They also have hayrides. What a cute family!

All bundled up for the cool night hayride.

We also played lots of games. This one was called Swedish twister. Very fun!
Me trying to stack cups. I think that I won in my group.
As you can see we had a lot of fun for another reunion at Deer Lake. Thanks Mom & Dad for putting this on every 2 years so that we can all get together and have such a great time.
